We have just improved the way you can plan and review content for campaigns and general topics with the latest release of our software Desk-Net.
The graphical view of the topics list had allowed you to see the timing of your campaigns and similar over-arching content groups across a month, a quarter, or even a year. However, the content, deadlines, and other data related to those campaigns were and still are available on the page Timeline.
While this has certain advantages when it comes to displaying lots of diverse data, it was not ideal for reviewing the planned content across the selected time range.
Now you can see and review your content schedule right on the graphical topic view.
On the left, you can find the collapsible story list box with the list of topics.
A click on the arrow next to the topic opens the list of all content that's related to that topic or campaign in the selected time range. And vertical bars indicate the day or the days the story is published. Filters at the top of the page allow you to filter the stories by platform or by task such as "Just show me digital stories with a video."
