Data security is becoming an ever more important aspect for our customers, especially enterprise customers.

For that reason, we have encrypted all our data at rest. This means that the databases, file system, and the search index are fully encrypted. 

We have applied encryption to the data of all our customers, even if they have not subscribed to our Support & Security Package.

This change complements our other comprehensive security measures that start with secure development processes, an ISO 27001-certified development team, ADFS and Okta integration, encryption in transfer, etc. We are especially proud that several penetration tests conducted by customers have resulted in the detection of either no or no significant weaknesses. Those weaknesses that were detected have subsequently been fixed.
