Our customers have successfully integrated WoodWing Studio and Assets with Desk-Net.
Woodwing Studio – Use Case 1
Sync planned stories with WoodWing
Desk-Net is your teams’ content calendar for planning stories.
Once a story has been planned Desk-Net automatically creates a story (dossier) in Studio. Several pieces of meta-data such as the status or planned publication date can be sent over as well.
Links enable users to easily jump from the story in one system to the other. Subsequent changes to the data are constantly synchronized.

WoodWing Studio – Use Case 2
Send breaking news to Desk-Net
Certain content cannot be planned or does not require planning. It gets created and published directly with WoodWing Studio (formerly Aurora).
Still, you will want to keep your content lists in Desk-Net comprehensive and up-to-date. The integration takes care of that.
Content (dossiers) originating in Studio creates a story in Desk-Net. Just like for planned content updates to these entries in the two systems are then constantly synchronized.
WoodWing Assets
Have your freelancers deliver content straight to Assets – free of charge
With Desk-Net you send out assignments to freelancers. Those assignments include all relevant data, even costs, and T&Cs. And they include an upload link.
Freelancers use the link to access the story’s upload page where they upload or enter their content such as copy, picture, or video files.
This content is then sent straight to WoodWing Assets (formerly Elvis DAM) including meta-data.
And best of all: Such freelancers are free of charge in Desk-Net. You can have thousands of freelancers upload their content to Desk-Net.
